Amtrak train derails in Philadelphia



An Amtrak train partially hopped off the tracks in Philadelphia, jolting passengers as cars toppled over Tuesday night.

Officials have yet to report injuries, but photos taken by a former congressman aboard the train show people with visible cuts and bloody faces and emergency respondents crawling over seats.
